Purely Sublime is proud to offer resellers across the nation our products at wholesale pricing. Wholesale pricing can be viewed via online registration with a wholesale membership request. Once online registration is complete and you are notified via email of your account approval, you may login using your username and password to view wholesale pricing.
A great majority of our wholesale orders will be “made-to-order” to ensure optimal freshness. We do not stock large quantities. For this reason, 1-5 weeks production time is required to complete wholesale orders depending on products ordered.

2) Shipping:
PURELY SUBLIME ships orders via USPS (United States Postal Service ONLY) unless a Pre-Paid downloaded printable FedEx or UPS Ship Label is provided by the Vendor. Soaps, butters and lip balms are very fragile due to their natural ingredients and must be sent Priority Mail to arrive fresh. With USPS shipping, we add delivery confirmation and insurance to your order. USPS Flat Rate Priority Shipping is used whenever possible as an economical option to reduce shipping costs.
Vendor will pay shipping costs on all orders and will be charged Actual Calculated Shipping at time of delivery, plus insurance and delivery confirmation. Shipping costs will be billed to Vendor via PayPal Money Request. Vendor will receive an email from PayPal via PURELY SUBLIME once the order is ready to be shipped. A PayPal account is not required to make payment via PayPal Money Request. Vendor will receive a delivery confirmation number for the order via email once shipping payment has been received by PURELY SUBLIME and order has shipped. All orders will be insured when shipped and PURELY SUBLIME will not be responsible for damages incurred during shipping. We package orders very carefully so if for any reason you receive a package that is damaged or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours. PLEASE KEEP ALL packaging materials, product(s), and boxes for USPS to inspect. Once we receive a delivery confirmation showing your package has been delivered to the address given, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
3) ORDER MINIMUMS
Initial order minimum is $125.00 before shipping, insurance and tax where applicable with a minimum individual item quantity of (6). All future order minimums are $50.00 before shipping, insurance and tax where applicable with a minimum item quantity of (6). Any sales or coupons that are available on the retail side do not apply to wholesale prices.
4) METHODS OF ORDERING
Orders can be taken by phone, fax, email or online once a wholesale account is established. Credit card information or any other payment information should NOT be included in email orders. We will contact you by phone or email to confirm your order total and to arrange a payment method. Once your account is established and a Wholesale Agreement is signed, your online account will be activated and wholesale pricing will be visible.

5) PAYMENT
Payment is to be made in full upon placing an order except for shipping charges. Shipping costs are exact and will be billed separately. If Vendor chooses to place an order through the Purely Sublime online ordering system, then the “Wholesale” shipping option must be selected so that shipping charges are not added at time of order.
We do NOT offer Consignment or Credit at this time.

6) RETURNS:
Due to the very nature of the natural personal care products we sell, no returns, exchanges, or store credits are accepted. However, if your shipment is incorrect and does not match your original order invoice, please contact us within 72 hours. Any merchandise being returned must be assigned a return authorization via email BEFORE being returned. DO not remove any seals, open or use any product(s) you received in error. We will ship your correct items ASAP at our cost.
Purely Sublime does offer product samples at minimum cost so that potential vendors may try our products before purchasing items in bulk.
7) ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Requests for order cancellation received within 2 hours from initial order placement will be refunded in full. All other cancellations will incur a $5.00 cancellation fee and a 20% restocking fee. Special orders made to your specifications cannot be canceled once underway. |
