What information do we gather and how do we use it?
If you order product from our web site, enter a contest or promotion, answer a survey, or use other features of our web site, we may request that you provide certain personal information. The information that we may require may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card number with expiration date (we ask for credit card information ONLY if you are placing an online order). This information is utilized in the following ways:
- Placing an online order will automatically set up an account with Purely Sublime. This will require personal information that can only be accessed by a password-protected login that each customer will create during your account setup. Having an account with us will make your checkout process secure, quick and easy!
- Fulfilling online orders.
- Managing the newsletter lists and promotions customers have submitted an entry to.
If you would like to join our newsletter to receive updates on new products and promotions, you may join when signing up for an account or from the link provided on the homepage. If at any time you wish unsubscribe to our newsletter, please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter that you receive from us or email our customer service and we will remove you from our list.
If you place an online order, we will collect billing information along with your credit card number and expiration date. Your credit card information will not be stored so you will be asked to enter this information each time you place an online order. Credit card numbers are used for no purpose other than order fulfillment.
Orders may be faxed by downloading our .pdf formatted order form. Orders may be faxed to 330.619.5197.Please do not email order information and/or credit card information. This unsecured method may allow personal information to be intercepted by malevolent parties.
